You can return any products within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they remain unopened, unused, and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs for both ways with insurance to ensure that the product is returned safely.

*Note: All E-liquids are NON-RETURNABLE once opened or seal has been broken.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products due to hygienic reasons and general safety. Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product you are interested in before purchasing. Feel free to reach out to us before placing an order. 

We will gladly correct our mistakes at no additional cost to our customers.

If a customer refuses their package for any other reason, there will be a 15% restocking fee and a shipping charge.

Before you ship a product back, make sure to contact us. When returning an order or products, please include your order # on the outside packaging or the original invoice within the packaging to ensure that we receive and can track the return. 

Replacements will be shipped out after we have received the defective items or replacement E-liquids (assuming that they have not been opened).

Defective Products

Returns of defective products are entitled to a replacement within 14 days of purchase. Customers are required to pay ALL shipping costs associated with a defective product return unless the product was received dead on arrival.

Note: Any product must be returned in its original packaging, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and any other item(s) initially included in the product. We can only accept a return with all the aforementioned items, and we will have to send the product(s) back to you.

All products claimed to be defective will be examined upon arrival. Any damage caused by the buyer will constitute a void of the manufacturer’s warranty. If the returned unit(s) operates normally upon inspection, we must ship the same unit(s) back at the customer’s expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.

Missing/ Broken Items

All missing or broken items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.

Domestic Returns

If a package is returned to us by shipping carrier due to a reason outside our control, we will attempt to contact the customer to whom that package belongs. We will make three separate attempts within 24 hours to establish contact and find a solution for that package. If we do not receive an answer from those three attempts, we will issue a refund with a 15% restocking fee applied to the total refund amount.

Please note that Vaper Corner does not claim any responsibility for all costs associated with an invalid and incomplete address submission inputted by the user. Any invalid address submission may delay the transit time or cause the package to be returned to our facility.

Order Cancellation

For order cancellation requests, please get in touch with us at admin@vapercorner.com with the Title “Cancel Request: Order #”. Once the order has been shipped and is in transit, we will not be able to cancel the order, and the customers may either refuse the package or ship the order back to us for a refund/ exchange.

Please note that we can only refund the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. If for any reason, we cannot issue a refund to the form of payment used at the point of purchase, we will issue store credit equal to the amount of the intended refund. Vaper Corner is not responsible for refunds to Prepaid Cards or a Canceled Credit Card if the cardholder no longer possesses it.

Lost and Stolen Packages

We offer Signature Confirmation * for customers who want to ensure they receive their packages or for those shipping to an unsafe location. Signature confirmation may be added during checkout.

* Signature Confirmation is an additional fee of $7.99.

Vaper Corner does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered to their destination. All related claims must be processed directly through shipping carrier.
