It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

After processing orders, we send tracking information to the provided email address. This email confirms that the order has been processed and is awaiting pick-up and packing by our shipping team, indicating it has yet to leave our facility. Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered before the actual delivery process, but in most cases, it will arrive within 1-2 days afterward.

There's also a chance the package was left in the mailbox, following your Postal Zone's COVID response guidelines to minimize face-to-face contact.

The law mandates an Adult Signature on all packages, but due to COVID, couriers might deliver without a signature to avoid contact. Regrettably, the fee is still charged, even if the service is not provided.

We recommend signing up for delivery notifications using the tracking # to stay updated on your package's movements. However, please note that we cannot guarantee careful handling by the courier for every package.

Kindly share an image of the incorrect product with our support team at admin@vapercorner.com. We will promptly provide a return label for the wrong item and ship the correct one. Please refrain from opening the packaging of the incorrect item.

Due to health and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened E-liquids. Nevertheless, unopened bottles of E-liquid can be returned, but the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Our customer service agents will promptly assist you once we receive the return at our facility.

Our goal is to sell products before expiration, but occasionally, a bottle might slip through. If you encounter an expired product, please get in touch with us at support@vapercorner.com, and we will promptly assist you and provide a replacement.

E-liquid bottles may vary in color due to different nicotine variations from various manufacturers. This color change is beyond our control and does not affect the product's quality or taste, as the content remains consistent.

However, please note that our team works diligently to ship packages on the same day, so we may only sometimes be able to make alterations before shipment. Charge

Each time a transaction is declined, including if there was a successful one later, some banks may temporarily hold the declined amount for security reasons. Your bank will eventually release the funds back into your account, but it might take 3-7 business days for that to happen.

This may happen due to various reasons, such as multiple transaction attempts or failed attempts followed by a successful one. Only one charge will be finalized on your statement, and any other charges will be returned to your account within 3-7 business days.

Due to hidden vapor initiatives in the 2020 Stimulus Bill, the mandatory Adult Signature Service was added. The PACT act initiatives brought changes that now require all packages to have this service, incurring a non-refundable charge of $7.99, while we cover the rest of the shipping cost.

Occasionally, an order may lack a specific product that is sold out. To ensure prompt delivery, our team will contact you to discuss a replacement or issue a refund for the missing item. We apologize for any inconvenience and expect refunds to be processed within 3-7 business days.
